Welcome to QuoteMe! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.QuoteMeCo.com (the "Website") our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use QuoteMe.

When you visit and/or create an account at www.QuoteMeCo.com (the “Website”), you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Services.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you are a contractor or service provider, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details (e.g., cost, timeframe, materials, and square footage).

  • Ensure all photos or media you upload are owned by you or licensed for your use.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and regulations.

QuoteMe is not responsible for verifying contractor qualifications and does not guarantee project outcomes.

6. Payment and Fees

Certain features may require a subscription, membership, or service fee.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment terms will be disclosed prior to purchase or subscription.

  • Contractors may be required to maintain an active membership to remain listed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on QuoteMe, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is owned by or licensed to QuoteMe and protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. These are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. QuoteMe is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. QuoteMe makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteMe shall not be liable for:

  • Contractor performance, quality of work, or disputes between users.

  • Losses related to data, profits, reputation, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuoteMe, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, notice, or liability.

13. Mediation Requirement

Before filing any lawsuit, claim, or legal action against QuoteMe, its affiliates, officers, agents, or employees, you agree to first participate in good-faith mediation to attempt to resolve the dispute.

  • Mediation shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Each party shall bear its own costs and share the mediator’s fees equally.

  • If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days after mediation is initiated, either party may then proceed with litigation under the governing law and jurisdiction stated above.

  • This mediation requirement applies to all disputes, including but not limited to those arising out of these Terms, the Services, or any interaction with QuoteMe or its affiliates.

Failure to comply with this clause prior to initiating litigation may result in dismissal or stay of proceedings until mediation has been completed.

14.  Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
