Our Story
Justin Lapinski and Ryan Atwell grew up together in Topanga Canyon, raised by families rooted in construction. Their lifelong friendship and shared passion for building laid the foundation for Quote Me. The idea for this platform came from their own frustrations; seeing inconsistent leads, over quoted jobs, and overcomplicated systems hurting both homeowners and contractors. While in college, they began coding the app and personally recruiting contractors who believed in the mission. Echo 7 was born from hard work, trust, and a commitment to creating something better for the industry they grew up in.
